29th Jan 2006
On chinese new year eve, i went to my grandparents' house for reunion dinner. Then we went to chinatown to have a taste of what fire crackers are like. So the whole of the family went together. We were quite worried of getting lost in the middle of the crowd so we held hands and stayed together. Quite fun actually but it's a wonder how chinatown managed to turn into squeezytown in just a few hours!! i took some pictures of the fire crackers and fireworks but i can't seem to upload them :( by the time i reached home, it's already 2 a.m. Still have to wake up at 7 a.m. to attend church service for the journey from my house to church is 1 & 1/2 hour. *YAWNS*

30th Jan 2006
Went church on the first day of chinese new year cos it falls on sunday. Everyone was very high today. After that we had lunch at KFC and went to my grandparents' house(s) to celebrate new year. Actually the first day is quite boring. nothing much happen after that.

It's the second day of chinese new year! my family actually planned to go zoo but it was cancelled in the end. Then we planned to go Sentosa but due to the bad weather, it was also cancelled. Then my mum was like saying why not we go for a movie. but after i checked the movie schedule, she complained that the timing is very weird. well, the movie starts at 6 p.m. and she said that's the time we were supposed to have lunch. So in the end that was cancelled too. Then my dad suggested us to go singapore river. So we went there to have our day of week!!! I took some pictures which are above...

It's the third day of new year! we played some games with our parents and afterwhich we proceed to the cinema for a show. We went to watch Shopaholics which was quite nice... very funny but at the same time quite "lame".

2th Feb 2006
School is supposed to begin today but our group self-declared ourselves for a holiday. So i've been slacking at home. Too lazy to go out le... then I recieved a good news from chialee saying that tomorrow's lessons are also cancelled. So tat's one more day of holiday for me. but we end up decided to go YS house to finish up our BIS and MU protyping.

3th Feb 2006
Went to YS house today. But before that the whole lot of us met at BP plaza for lunch. then we sat LRT to his house. Man i tell you... this is the first time in my whole life sitting in the LRT. The feeling was quite alright. Quite exciting actually. On some paths it felt like a mini roller coaster. after our work, we went back to my place cos the movie we want to catch is showing already and we are still at the expressway. so we decided to watch the later one at 7.30 p.m. but we were also late for that!! haha :p it was quite a funny and touching show. but the two guys behind spoiled our mood. i don't know what happened to their legs cos they kept kicking our seats. i really felt like kicking them back!! to those who want to watch the show: please bring some tissues along!!!
