Met up with June and Ys to go Cine to shop around before meeting Wee Eng and Chialee to celebrate Chialee’s birthday at k-box. Saw Zhiyang and his friends there!!! Was quite surprised because he look so different from the tv screen!! So chubby… cute sia!!! After around 2 hours of singing, me and June went out to get the cake from the staff and surprised Chialee with it… after that, no one had much energy left to sing so we sat around and watch the MV instead… then we proceed to Wisma’s food republic for our dinner!!! The 3 of us had hokkien prawn mee, Wee Eng and Chialee had other things… And my goodness!!! The prawn mee almost killed me!!! It was so spicy that I almost died until the auntie came with a trolley of drinks!!! My saviour for that day!!! Then the 5 of us went Far East after our dinner to go on a shopping spree… actually it was me and June on a shopping spree… the rest just walked around and talk… dots… then I bought the nail glue that I was finding a few days ago and June bought a skirt… I didn’t buy any clothes lor… so sad… the funniest part of the day happened at the end of our meet on the train… but the pictures are with June…

Went to meet up with my MI friends… after that went to Bugis to meet up with my sec sch teacher… talk to her about almost everything from MI to Poly… I missed her so much… she’s one of my best teachers in the world… English + guides + sister in Christ…
On Thursday (15/06/2006)
Went to suntec city with my whole family including my ah ma and aunties to have a lunch buffet!!! Then we shop around Suntec and I bought a top at last!!! My brother got 2 shirts, my dad got his shoes and my mum got her top!!! Then we went back to Yishun and I ate ice kachang shared by my mum… yummy!!! After that I rushed to the boy’s house for tuition lesson… when I reached there, I realized that his mum had just finished scolding him for being too playful and neglecting his school homework… poor thing… his mum is a typically kiasu one who wants her son to keep studying and get distinctions for every subject!!! After the tuition lesson, I rushed to church for worship practice. Then I realized that my partner for this week is Angeline! Very pleased and happy! I like pairing up with her but always didn’t have the chance to… then we tried lots of harmonization and had a great time… reached home at around 11.30 that day… I was so tired in the end!!! Zzzzzzz……
On Friday (16/06/2006)
Went to IMM with my mum to get some art materials and to walk around… then we proceeded to Chinatown to get some cloths… she wants to sew a blanket for me!!! But didn’t buy cos the cloths there were too expensive and she said she wants to go back to Joo Chiat (paya lebar) to get them as it is cheaper over there… I don’t understand why some people dislike the idea of going out with their parents. I mean, it’s a good time to be with them while having holidays as most of us don’t really have much time left when school reopens… isn’t it?

Before going to church to practice before worship starts, I went to Yishun popular to get this book called ‘the ultimate book of Sudoku’. Lately, I’m “mesmerized” by this book!! Haha :] today’s worship is so wonderful!!! Although it was not perfect, but the feeling was good!!! One kind of harmonization is to echo after the main voice. So me and Angeline was taking turns to echo… but at the end of the service, Deren joined in and he asked how is he supposed to harmonise. But I didn’t get a chance to explain as the song has started. I don’t know how we ended up with Angeline echoing, followed by me, followed by Deren. I changed some of the tunes while echoing so the song would’t sound bland and in the end, the 3 of us was singing the tune that I have changed!!! Haha… We really felt that God is with us and with His presence, everything is possible!!!
This week is really a very fruitful week!!! I have really made used of the time given to do the things that I’ve wanted to do for a long time…
